I am rather new to the iSeries world. Now I find that I want to install PASE on our machine, and that I am supposed to do it rather by myself. I already have all the system disks, and I presume that to install the fabled option 33 I should go through 'go licpgm' and then option 5 (prepare installation). My question is: - Do you know how long should the installation take? - After the installation is done, should I be ready to go, or is a dreaded IPL needed? - I have several disks for the '5722SS1' feature-set. Do you you know which should with one would I need to use, or at least with which one should I start? I know this is all very lame, I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, I.-
