Personal Communications for iSeries is still available, although it has a 
different name now - Host Access Client Package - there is a multiplatform one 
and might be one for iSeries only. It costs upwards of $300 for the 
multiplatform, I think - I tried to google on it, but can't find good price 
info. I bought the older PCOMM for AS/400 a few years ago for about $150. You 
can have these running on the same machine as iSeries Access - you just can't 
have both Access' emulator and PCOMM on the same machine. But there is no 
license check with PCOMM.

If you are a partner and have sufficient access, there is a download of the 
Host Access Client Package.
