Yep ... that's the behavior we expect.

And, in 99.9% of our installations, the whole thing works exactly as it
should.

This is the first time we've had this kind of problem.

Turns out the customer is 2 years behind on PTF's ... so IBM is
recommending they get current.

We'll see if it helps.
