Sorry for the cryptic post. What I mean is that even though that server may not be getting registered to your QNTC (WINS normally provides the list of hosts that can be accessed via network shares), you can add an entry to that server's IP address to the QNTC directory. From there, you may be able to access the shares hosted on that server. In the example, the MKDIR command is used to create an entry in QNTC that points to IP address 10.11.111.111......
