Does anybody know if there is a maximum number of keystrokes that can be contained in a macro? I'm doing a conversion process on a software package where the conversion engine is not running on all cylinders. Instead of being able to perform a blanket import of all the data for a company and all of its division numbers, I'm required to enter each of the 20+ division numbers individually. Plus, there are 15 different menu options requiring me to do this. I'd like to be able to record a macro for one of the menu items (menu number/company/division/run-time options/enter) and duplicate it for the other menu options. That way, instead of hundreds of keystrokes each time we test the import data, I fire off only the 15 macros.
