Henrik Krebs sent some time ago this to the list:

Hi

Just in case that you have forgot about DST - Daylight saving time: Your AS/400
should probably have changed it's system values for QTIME and QUTCOFFSET the
upcoming weekend.

A simple way to do this is (already now) to execute the following commands

SBMJOB CMD(CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QHOUR) VALUE(01))
  JOB(CHGSYSVAL1) JOBQ(QCTL)
  SCDDATE(*SUN) SCDTIME(020000)

and

SBMJOB CMD(CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QUTCOFFSET) VALUE(-0500))
  JOB(CHGSYSVAL2) JOBQ(QCTL)
  SCDDATE(*SUN) SCDTIME(020000)

Of cause the values in theese commands might differ from above depending on
your location and environment.

Regards

Henrik Krebs
