IBM Sales Manual Site Broken (attention IBM employees)

Could some kind IBM employee "please" send a internal email to
the fine folks who manage to screw up every single thing they
touch and point out to them that they have now managed to put
the "Offering Information" into what appears to be a "loop".

I sure would like to be able to see the annoucements and Sales
Manual again if at all possible.
