Put a person who knows _nothing_ about any kind of computer in front of a 
GUI-based (Windows) and an text-based (OS/400) operating system, and I 
think you will always find that the GUI based OS is much more intuitive. 
But that's only my opinion.  :)

My problem with some Microsoft products stem not from lack of 
intuitiveness, but from lack of proper functionality.
