You should NOT attempt to "download it from somewhere", as the contents will
likely be slightly different from one version/release of OS/400 to the next,
etc., and there are many members to download ... :-o

Instead, you should install it from your original OS/400 or i5/OS CDs ...
e.g.:

GO LICPGM
Select option 11. Install Licensed Programs
Type a 1=Install next to 5722SS1 Option 13, "System Openness Includes" and
press Enter
