On SystemA

CRTOUTQ SystemB RMTSYS(SYSTEMB) RMTPRTQ(TWINAX)
Anything put into OUTQ(SystemB) will get sent to the TWINAX OUTQ on SYSTEMB (if the spooled file has been released, that is.)
Your exact configuration commands will vary based on your connectivity and desired names, of course.
