We had this problem once. Couldn't figure it out here either. Wound up re-installing Client Access, and it worked.

In our case it was a laptop running XP. I don't know if my colleague did anything different from normal, but I vaguely recall reading somewhere that there was something special you had to do to use CA with XP. Should be in the archives.

Most likely cause for this is that you've highlighted a section of your screen. iSeries Access will let you print just part of your screen. If you have highlighted a blank area (usually one cursor block for my users) it will print blank. Just click an empty area of your screen to see if the cursor moves. If not, you'll know it was deselecting the selected area.
