Why can't you delete them manually on the IFS?
In XP it complains that it cannot find the file - I don't know the exact message as I am not online to my client's 170

If you have a PC operating
system of Windows 2000 or greater you should be able to use the /s option
on the del command to process all of the subfolders.

Map the Z drive to the appropriate top level folder and then try this:

Del z:\*.tmp /s
It would never occur to me to use a DOS command in 2005 -

I will certainly try this when I go there on Tuesday.

As a matter of curiosity, what does the /s parameter do?
