Most likely cause for this is that you've highlighted a section of your screen. iSeries Access will let you print just part of your screen. If you have highlighted a blank area (usually one cursor block for my users) it will print blank. Just click an empty area of your screen to see if the cursor moves. If not, you'll know it was deselecting the selected area.
