RE: Outbound fax from 400

Hi,

And Hylafax has a rich set of FTP commands, so you can talk directly to
it from your iSeries.
I've experimented with it last year, and it worked very well.

Only problem I had was that all documents that have to be faxed are
AFPDS spoolfiles. I converted them to pdf with free pdf tools on the
iSeries. But when they arrived on the Hylafax server, the pdf2fax
program could not handle them. And that was the reason that the project
was suspended. Maybe I'll give it a try again next month. 
Anyone who has experience with conversion of AFPDS to a format that
Hylafax can handle?
