Keyboard mapping with IBM's webfacing tool

I am sitting here at a client site with a consultant from a software
company that used IBM's webfacing tool to put a GUI front end on their
software.

The consultant swears that there is no way to make the + (Plus) key on the
right side of the numeric keypad map to be a field exit key.

Can this possibly be true? The enter key maps as an enter key. This issue
is really slowing down the people entering timecards, invoices, etc.

Thanks
