What about something like this?

RTVCFGSRC CFGD(*ALL) CFGTYPE(*DEVD) SRCFILE(SOMELIB/QCLSRC)
SRCMBR(DEVICES) 

It would take some parsing, but might work for you.  What are you trying
to accomplish?
