Glen and Greg,

If the conference goes to ending at Thursday noon then say goodbye to Thursday altogether. It used to end at noon on Friday to allow folks to get home Friday evening. Friday AM was 'Ghost Town' time. Session count dropped to about 1/2 of a normal morning, attendees dropped by 75% and speakers (understandably) didn't want to speak Friday AM. The current, and working, commitment is to keep Thursday a FULL day from AM through closing. Keep the content full, the speakers of highest quality and give folks something to do in the evening as well. Four FULL days of educational content.

I still maintain that the employer gets Sunday from their attendee in trade for Friday. I'm sorry there are closed minded employers out there that don't see that.
