A huge number of people were deceived.   There was no mention of these
rules at the EXPO.  The staffers at the both all said they were going to
give the car away.  Hundreds of people expected a car to be given away.
The invitation said it was a give away. 

I wonder what my daughter <third year law student> would think.   I'll
ask.

I think Quadrant would want to REALLY give a car away at next COMMON to
save face or perhaps to avoid a law suit.
