Sometimes you can run a TRACEROUTE RMTSYS('10.0.0.4') and your iSeries 
will even do a reverse dns lookup and tell you the name of the offender. 
Something that lacks in my PC's tracert command.

There is a way to simply turn off that message.  Look for that message id 
in the archives.
