SQL Create Table and Host Variables

No and I probably should use this method when creating a temp table but
I it still has the same problem with using host variables in the WHERE
clause.

That's how we traditionally do this type of thing but it would be nice
not to have to change a template when there is a request to add or
remove columns from the table being sent.

Our email package will grab the PF for us and put in the separators.
