DSPJOBTBL vs DSPSYSSTS ASTLVL(*BASIC)

Environment:  270 bumblebee, V5R3M0, just finished an IPL with CHGIPLA 
CPRJOBTBL(*NORMAL).  Dedicated to serving the 9 Domino partitions on it.

Is this one of those "threads vs jobs" thingy's?  Basically is that why we 
have a discrepancy between a Total of 530 and the (1+1+299+62)?

Since I just did the compress job tables and it's a fresh IPL, should i 
kick up QTOTJOB to 500 or so?
