If you leave text in the overlay, the AFP fonts resident on the iSeries 
are set for 240. If you use graphics only it doesn't matter.

In response to the process described below, recent Navigators have AFP 
Manager, that will handle the transfer of the "printed" resource to the 
iSeries. Makes the overlay object, etc.

I think the PEL version you use depends on the printer you will use. There 
is also a 600 driver now that will give better resolution. 240 driver IIRC 
is better for printers with resolution that is a multiple of 240 - 720, 
1440, etc.
