As far as I know DDS doesn't provide the control you are looking for.
You'll have to break your entry field into 15 pieces.  Each zero and "-"
will have to be their own fields.

Rather than one field with 

  00-00-00-00-000-000-000-0000

You will have to use 15 fields that would look something like

  00 - 00 - 00 - 00 - 000 - 000 - 000 - 0000

I need to format the display of Account No. in shape of following:-

00-00-00-00-000-000-000-0000

The user should only enter on Zeros, and not on Dashes, what format in 
EDTMSK and EDTWRD to be mention.

The field is: 28 Chars Long, and SDA type is : +B(28)
