Short answer: use the QWVRCSTK API,It will return the "call stack", the first thing there will be the database manager and up the stack you will find the program that actualy did the call. Very usefull to record changes in an user-created audit file.
Long: I can send you a program that uses the function, but you can probably get a better one in google.
