We regret to announce that Synapse Communications, Inc. is closing it's doors as
of Sept 14, 2005. The closing of the office and withdrawal of the products from
the market place is at the direction of Joseph G. Frank, who passed away on Aug
3, 2005 and his family. We will not be selling the product line to another
company so once this website closes, you will not have continuing support for
Synapse Communications' products. 

Thank you for your past patronage and we hope that our products have been of
good use to you. If you have purchased our products, you may continue to use
them as long as they provide you service. 

The website WWW.SYNAPSE.COM will remain operational for tech support as time is
available by former staff members until Oct 14, 2005. The Synapse website will
shut down shortly after Oct 14.
