I recently installed v5r3 on a new *empty* i520 at a client site.
I then migrated the latest SAVSECDTA and SAVCFG using the RSTUSRPRF and RSTCFG
commands.
After restoring the user libraries and running the RSTAUT command, the client
has indicated that his Authority Lists are missing.
At this time, the client has not installed *any* ptf's for v5r3 ... for some
reason, the cum package has *still* not arrived.
Does anyone know if this is a known problem and fixed via a ptf, or a new
problem that needs to be reported?

Thanks,
