I had problems at a GB boundary.  It might have been 4GB.  I had a ZIP
file from a client that was too big, and everything I did to try and fix
it didn't work.  I tried to copy in chunks and paste them together, I
tried everything.  Nothing worked.  Find out what 5.7 million times the
record length is and see if you're real close to a GB boundary.
