Ah, St.Elmo's Steakhouse!  yes, the shrimp cocktail is legendary.

What you call Waffle House, we call 'waffle steak', because there was
a waffle house chain throughout Indiana, before your waffle house went
national.  We have a few of yours, and ours are almost all gone.

There are several Chick Fil A's, I think there's even one in the food
court at the downtown mall - connected to the same building St. Elmo's
is in.

Which Holiday Inn?  the one with the indoor water park on the northwest side?
