DSPFD for QPRINT shows:
Spooling Description 
  Spooled output queue  . . . . . . . . . . . : OUTQ       *JOB
  Hold spooled file . . . . . . . . . . . . . : HOLD       *NO
Therefore a simple CHGJOB OUTQ(MYLIB/MYOUTQ) should help those that are 
left at the defaults.

And, unassigned is almost as good as hold(*yes).
