Yes.  It was Office Vision/400.  And I think the last version of OS/400 to 
support OV/400 was V4R5.  After that it was automatically deleted.  IBM 
only gave you like several years notice that they were going to drop 
OV/400.  Most people chose to ignore IBM's warnings.  Much like many of 
the local gas stations tried to get an extension on having to update their 
underground tanks after the government's 10 year warning took effect. 
'Failing to plan' or 'whining' - neither plan worked.
