I had a similar situation and I wrote my own time routine. Whenever I
needed the time I called this routine which would add/subtract a certain
number of hours. I used the job switches in the job description for the
user to indicate which time zone they were in.

  Not now, but it is almost certainly coming in a future release.

  On V5R3, if you look at the job information, you will see
  job-level date and time information (NOT the same as the job date).
  There is currently is no way to set/change that, but I really
  don't think they would be showing it there if they weren't planning
  to provide some kind of facility in the future.

  I'm watching this because we have users ranging from Florida/New
  York to Hawaii.
