Shannon: I was aware of your excellent article about using the exit point (in fact, have it printed as a reference). Nevertheless, the person who made me the request may be uneasy in "messing up" with exit points. Scott: Mainly, it would be for avoiding option 1, so any of the ideas proposed would be valid.
