It's 888-746-7426.  And it sure sounds like a sales area.  But going into 
it a little, and then pressing 0, (and a lot of faith) gets you someone 
who cares.  They were able to duplicate the error.  (Although I was a 
little embarrassed to share my password - especially with a female.  And 
she made me repeat it 3 times so that she got it right.)
