Sorry, i cannot share it. CVTMSGF is part of the tool that is
commercially available.

I have attached the code i had from news400 article  that Brad Stone
had written in 1998  that uses the API with the *FIRST/*NEXT
technique. I think this was the precursor to the SCNMSGF that he has
available at www.bvstools.com
