California Software has finally pulled the iTera ad from the
midrangenews.net site, although the Asymex ad is still there (much to their
chagrin). Since I never received the actual newsletter by email, if those
who did would let me know if they receive another email from MidrangeNews
offering a retraction/apology (I am not holding my breath), I would
appreciate it as that would be the signal for us to call off our lawyers.
