Hi all - good morning. IBM has available an interesting item on the Totalstorage area of their site - LTO3 WORM Cartridges. Available in a 20-pack pre-labeled for $3960, just order #3589-2820. Does this mean their LTO3 drives are now supporting WORM? HP's Ultrium 960 model supports WORM and it is LTO3. Since they're essentially the same drives (different companies, same technology) - does anyone have any word on IBM's release date of LTO3 WORM? Please post for the list if you are aware of any new developments - thanks! Models of supported drives would be appreciated. And maybe it's just the media you need? I have no idea - can't find the "I've never done WORM tape" tutorial anywhere. And no tapeworm jokes. =) Justin C.
