Old Posting

Was doing some snooping on archived posts from the midrange group. Came up
with this thread relating to a problem some of my clients are having. Did
anyone ever get the appropriate PTF reference? The thread ends without
giving the reference.
 
One client is on V3R7, the rest are on V4R3
