Hi,

First of all, you probably don't want to do this.  It can screw up lots of
stuff.

If you're on V5R3, is this for daylight saving time purposes, because this
will affect the answer.

If it's just for anything else, CHG/WRKSYSVAL QTIME.

If you have questions, pick up the phone.
