The message IDs you want to change (and I always recommend that, too) are:
 
CPF1107 and CPF1120.
 
Change them both to be the same and be sure to change the second-level text... 
something like "Either the profile or password entered was incorrect.  Call 
x9999 for assistance."  That way, you're not giving too much information away 
to a "potentially" rogue user.
