DCR: Requesting *OMIT option on CHGOWN.

I submitted a DCR to get CHGOWN modified.  I like to use CHGOWN to do 
things like changing the owner of all objects in a library like:
CHGOWN OBJ('/qsys.lib/mylib.lib/*') NEWOWN(NEWOWN) RVKOLDAUT(*YES)
However, due to adopted programs having different owners I'd like to be 
able to do something like the SAV command has:
CHGOWN OBJ(('/qsys.lib/mylib.lib/*') ('/qsys.lib/mylib.lib/*.pgm' *OMIT)) 
NEWOWN(NEWOWN) RVKOLDAUT(*YES)

Any workarounds while I wait for the wheels at IBM to grind?
