Hi Steve

Would http://dbg400.net/usroutq.html be of any use? It's a
wrksplf/wrkoutq hybrid with filtering based on generic file name, 
generic user data or user, and you can further filter based on content
in the spooled file (*SCS only, sorry). You might be able to tweak the
code to get it closer to your needs.
