default wait time

Rob,

The default wait time for a job is held in the class definition used by
the subsystem. You can create new classes which use a different DFTWAIT
value and then add routing entries to the subsystem which point to the
different clases.

Then you can do a CHGJOB RTGDTA('DFTWAIT5') (or a CHGJOBD if you wish)
to use the specified routing entry and class definition.

For an example, do a DSPSBSD SBS(QSYSWRK) and take option 7 to see the
routing entries - there are a number marked RUNPTYnn which use a class
called QSYSCLSnn where 'nn' is the run priority. You can use the same
method for DFTWAIT...
