Check out the following on your PC:
Start, Programs, IBM iSeries Access for Windows, iSeries Access for 
Windows Properties, Service tab, Install options, source directory
Mine is set to  \\myi5Name\QIBM\ProdData\Access\Windows\Install\Image

This is used by 
Start, Programs, IBM iSeries Access for Windows, Service, Check Service 
Level, to get any updates to iSeries Access for Windows. (DSPPTF 5722XE1)
