We do this so that when our system goes on UPS power we can do a controlled shutdown depending on how long we think our batteries will last. This pgm is designed to run as a NEP (Never Ending Pgm) and the question is what is the best subsystem to run it in. It will start out of QSTRUP. Our choices are QCTL or our own homegrown sbs NEPPER which is where we run our system wide NEPs.
