Found that this works really good:
SELECT SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME, FILE_TYPE
FROM qsys2/systables 
WHERE file_type='S' 
ORDER BY SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME
