Went to Fix Central and ordered newer hiper group, via ftp download.  When 
I got the email I downloaded it and followed instructions.
Did GO PTF, 8 but told it not to IPL (system is busy).
Now WRKPTFGRP shows
PTF Group             Level  Status 
SF99530                5102  Installed 
SF99529                  53  Not installed
...

So, if I call IBM and report a problem, how will I know what hiper PTF 
group I was on?  Basically, I think IBM has some work to do.
