The User Directories in the DISK SPACE REPORT is your IFS. I ran this now but 
did not get *NOLIBRARY.

When I run the Disk Space Report from the Disktasks menu, I see a line
that says *NOLIBRARY holding about 49 MB of space.

I don't know what that is.  Also where do I find the space being used by
the ISF?
