an addendum to this post::

the reason all this came up is because this morning's backup says i've
run out of media - but the tape yesterday has only one daily
incremental on it, and no one was working sunday so the incremental
should have been very short.

Last night's backup appears to be almost complete, it only needs a
little more to finish - Why won't it use this tape (or any of the
other dailys that have space available on them?
