Judging by the sample CL I saw I see at least three flaws with your sample 1-Parameters 1 and two are inverted. 2-The second parameter is 4 bytes short, should be 9, not 5 (see error 3) 3-The first parameter has 4 bytes in front of the user name(s). These 4 bytes are a binary representation of the number of users in the rest of the first parameter. Again, that's just from my simple interpretation of the cl. I've not read the documentation.
