QGYSETG, QGYRSPL, and QGLDUSTB

Does anyone have a good description/explanation of the following programs?

/QSYS.LIB/QGY.LIB/QGYSETG.PGM

/QSYS.LIB/QGY.LIB/QGYRSPL.PGM

/QSYS.LIB/QGLDUSTB.PGM

I've searched high and low and can't see to find anything, other than
QGYSETG is possibly a Java program call API and that QGLDUSTB is an LDAP
API.
